Do I need an appointment?

A.

You are welcome to visit at any time without an appointment.  However, scheduling an appointment allows us to give you our full attention and is recommended when your project encompasses a complete bathroom or more.

Are you a contractor?

A.

No, we do not make home visits for estimations, measurements or installations. Our specialty focuses on bringing your vision to life with the correct products. We can do that best when you visit us in our beautiful showroom, where we can order for you all the right parts and pieces that will fit perfectly together in the skilled hands of your contractor and/or plumber.

Are you a designer?

We are not, but we work with many designers to help them choose all of the correct parts and pieces for your dream bath. Designers have vision. We have product knowledge. Together, we can give you the personal attention to detail that your project deserves.

Who do you sell to?

A.

We sell to builders, residential and commercial contractors, designers and plumbers. We also sell directly to homeowners. Homeowners are fast becoming more involved in their projects. Many trade professionals are finding that when their clients enjoy and are engaged in the process of picking out their plumbing fixtures and faucets, the whole project can go a lot smoother. We are here to help in this process.

Contractors, designers, plumbers and their clients will want to clarify who will be responsible for purchasing the material for each project. Just let us know so that we can provide an accurate proposal.

Do you match internet pricing?

A.

We do not, but let me explain: The first reason is because we are not a world-wide internet retail operation. Our focus is on giving our local community access to a beautiful showroom where they can consult with our knowledgeable bath and kitchen specialists. The personal attention that we give to you and your project far outweighs any small differences in price you may find on the internet.

Secondly, we have been authorized by the manufacturers that we represent to sell their products. This means that you are getting the manufacturer’s full warranty and are assured that what you are purchasing is new, first quality, and authentic product. There are some manufacturer-authorized internet retailers, and our pricing should be very close to theirs.

Does my plumber get better pricing than I do?

A.

Yes.  Trade professionals work very hard to make your project go along as smoothly as possible. They are our repeat customers who have earned special discounting. Our trade discount is not available to homeowners.

Q.

Can you recommend a plumber for my project?

A.

We do not recommend trade professionals simply because it would be impossible for us to pick the one who best fits your specific needs, personality and design style.  We are lucky to have many talented contractors, designers and plumbers in our area to choose from.

Does it matter where I buy my plumbing fixtures and faucets?

A.

Absolutely!  Purchasing from a well-respected local business will give you peace of mind. Local businesses are here to:

  • Give you our personal best
  • Answer your questions
  • Make sure that all of your parts and pieces fit together
  • Intercept shipping errors and deal with damaged freight issues so you don’t have to
  • Help with warranty issues if necessary

We are here to help you with anything when you purchase from us. Our manufacturers require their authorized distributors to verify that the products you may need help with were purchased from us and that we in turn purchased the product from them. Unfortunately, this limits our ability to be of service to those who purchase elsewhere.

Do you have everything in your sales showroom in stock in your warehouse?

A.

Not everything, but we do actually stock quite a lot! If you need something fast, let us know and we might have it. If your project time frame allows for a 2 – 4 week lead-time, we have a better chance of getting you exactly what you want.

Do you deliver?

A.

Yes, we can deliver to your home or job site for a nominal fee.

How are warranties handled?

A.

Manufacturers will want to verify that your product was purchased from an authorized distributor, so keep your warranty information in a safe place (along with your receipts and maintenance instructions). Product warranties are provided by and performed at the discretion of each manufacturer. Should you need warranty assistance, we are here to help.
