You are welcome to visit us any time. An appointment, however, allows us to give you our full attention and is recommended when your project encompasses a complete bathroom or more. Our consultative sales approach gives us an opportunity to get to know you and your project while you also get to know us.
Before your appointment
Gather together and bring with you your home plans, room measurements, idea pictures, and color samples. You should also have thought about and be prepared to share with us your budget or allowances from your contractor or plumber. This will help us to help you find the product balance that best meets your style and financial needs and expectations. Have you discussed with your contractor, designer, or plumber who will be purchasing the material? Trade professionals sometimes prefer to purchase the material and sometimes the homeowner will do the purchasing. We are happy to work with you in whatever way is best for you and your project.
During your appointment
We’ll help you sort through plumbing options based upon your style preferences and budget. We can answer questions regarding showering valves, whirlpool systems, toilet flushing mechanics, faucet finishes, vanity cabinet heights, kitchen sink materials, and any other questions you may have. Please keep in mind that appointments may take two to three hours depending upon the size and complexity of your project.
After your appointment
There might be some follow-up questions that need answering before we can complete your customized proposal/quote package. Once complete, we’ll email it to you or your contractor/plumber (usually within 2 - 3 business days). Please call, email or stop by again with any questions or concerns you may have or when you are ready to order. We’ll also give you a call or send you an email to follow-up. Please remember that your Quote is not an Order. You or your contractor/plumber will need to sign-off on your Quote before we order your products.
